The Silver Thread Foundation implements a unique format of interaction with practitioners who work on a music therapy program for children with disabilities.

Supervision is the support of correctional teachers in the process of their practice. Watching video recordings of classes with children with disabilities, we analyze the interaction, mutual understanding and emotional connection between the teacher and the child. We also receive feedback from a correctional teacher who shares his impressions of the lesson, evaluates his knowledge and skills. After preliminary analysis and discussion, we propose strategies to overcome the difficulties encountered and achieve success in the future. Sometimes we have group discussions during which correctional educators share their experiences with each other.
